Emails were sent using information from a central campus directory that is maintained by departments and may not contain a valid email address for all affected individuals. However, to ensure that we notified all individuals whose information was stored on this server, letters were sent to them via U.S. Mail.As stated above, if an individual has never had an electronic payroll transaction, there should be no bank account number(s) included in the record.
