If an employee changes jobs within an educational facility, will he/she be required to Submit to another CHRC?
A. No, once an employee has gone through the process for one position, that employee may serve in any other position, except the position of school bus driver in that educational facility, without having to go through the process again. In addition, employees in the same educational facility seeking the position of substitute teacher who have not yet obtained their substitute teaching credentials, must have a criminal history record check prior to issuance of the substitute teaching credentials.
