If an approved person ceases to perform a controlled function, how does the firm notify the FSA?
A firm must submit to the FSA a completed Form C no later than seven business days after an approved person ceases to perform a controlled function. However if the firm is aware that the Form C is qualified please email iva@fsa.gov.uk with details. For more information please refer to SUP 10.13.7.
