If an application was submitted and declined prior to OGAA Implmentation, can it be resubmitted under the OGC regulations or does everything, including mapping changes need to be redone under OGAA?

0

If the application is electronic (pipelines and facilities) it must be re-submitted under the current OGAA format, as the systems have been updated to support OGAA. If the permit application is a hard copy (wells, miscellaneous, or geophysical) and it was submitted prior to the implementation of OGAA and declined, then it may be re-submitted in the pre-OGAA format.
