For any Aerospace Engineering major in catalog years 2005-06 or prior, where EL ENGR 102 is required, and who has not yet taken EL ENGR 102, the MAE department prefers, and strongly recommends, that the student take MECH&AE107/107L instead of EL ENGR 102. Students who do so must file a petition at 6426BH to substitute MECH&AE107/107L for EL ENGR 102. This petition will be approved.
