Any Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace students in a catalog year prior to 2005-06, where C&EE 108 is required, and who has not yet taken C&EE 108, the MAE department prefers, and strongly recommends, that the student take MECH&AE 101 instead of C&EE 108. Students who do so must file a petition at 6426BH to substitute MECH&AE 101 instead of C&EE 108. This petition will be approved.
