Just to the left of that you will see Cyrenica, which is actually the eastern part of the modern nation of Libya. BTW, there are a few other Islamic nations Alex didn’t conquer, such as Algeria, Morrocco, Indonesia, and Bangla Desh. As for your question…If Alex the Great didn’t have an impact on the rise of Islam in the nations he conquered, it is unlikely his impact would have been greater if he’d conquered more of Libya.
