If, after using the Concentrate, Revitalizer, Elixir or Lotion, my hair looks greasy, what should I do?
Too much of the product has probably been applied. Please note that the Concentrate and Elixir (the green bottle) must be rinsed off or shampooed in any event. The Revitalizer and Lotion have been designed for use without the need for rinse or shampooing and should, if applied as directed, not cause the hair to look greasy.
