If, after ordering Miliki Web Accelerator, I decide to discontinue, how do I do that?
Simply uninstall Miliki Web Accelerator as outlined in the previous question and then go to your User Options page to cancel Miliki Web Accelerator. You can click on the Contact LAFE Technologies button during the uninstall process to cancel you billing. You can also visit http://dialup.miliki.net/cancel.asp and fill the cancellation form. You can also send an E-mail to accounts@dialup.miliki.net to request cancellation. Based on your request, we will then adjust our billing so that your service is not renewed next year at the end of your billing cycle.
