C-IV For internet access, C-IV will commit to the response time standard for intranet transactions, but solely within the C-IV Production Data Center, which includes the time for the application to access data and prepare it to be sent to the workstation. C-IV cannot guarantee response times for the time the transactions spend on the non-C-IV network and non-C-IV workstations. CalWIN Inquiry Only Web Server performance, as measured from the moment the Web Server receives the request to the moment the Web Server sends out a response to the request should be no greater than three (3) seconds for ninety-five percent (95%) of the transactions and none shall exceed six (6) seconds. This measurement does not include the County Internet provider, the County WAN or the County LAN.
