If a wide band sensor fails will the bike still run?
Yes. The motorcycle will run and will return to the default map and adaptive learning will be disabled. However, as soon as the failed sensor is replaced the ECM will revert back to adaptive learning mode automatically. The initial start up procedure must be performed and the system will function as before. It does not have to be returned to RP.
