She has Steady Hands and does most of her archery from horseback and was wondering if the Marksman edge could be used, since technically she was not using her personal movement during the round. The question is then, does the mention of movement in the edge description refer to a character’s personal movement or any movement at all? A: The description makes no distinction in the type of movement, which I would normally say would simply mean no movement at all; however, I’d go with the spirit of the Edge here.
