If a “traffic citation” has multiple violations but one “citation number,” how would the single number (ID) be represented?
The ActivityID property inherited by CitationType from ActivityType should be used as the citation number or citation identifier. One of the PE’s asked for a Violation ID (not a Citation ID). CitationViolation is of type IncidentType, and therefore, also inherits an ActivityID from ActivityType (because IncidentType IS-A ActivityType). Therefore, an ActivityID represents a Violation ID within a CitationViolation when required.
