If a SunPass customer moves out of Florida, can the SunPass transponder be returned for a refund?

Motorists moving out of the state will receive a refund on the remaining prepaid account balance but not the cost of the transponder. Refund requests can be made by phone or mail to our SunPass Customer Service Center.
