If a student moves from one school to another school within the county during the testing week, does the students test booklet go with him/her?
No. The student will have two test booklets. One booklet would remain at the first school. The second school would complete the Bio-Grid on a new test booklet, and the student would complete the remainder of the tests in the new booklet. Both test booklets would be sent to CTB/McGraw-Hill for scoring. Because the ID number is the same, WVDE will be able to combine the results. The student’s results will go to the school where the student was enrolled on May 14th. Refer to the County Test Coordinator concerning the use of invalidation bubbles. [Note: The student would have two reports. Each report would reflect the scores for the part of the exam completed at the respective school. There would also be invalidated scores reflecting the part of the exam that was not taken.
