If a student moves from one school to another school within the county during the testing week, does the students test booklet/answer document go with him/her?
No. The student will have two test booklets/answer documents. One booklet/answer document would remain at the first school. The second school would complete the Bio-Grid on a new test booklet/answer document, and the student would complete the remainder of the tests in the new booklet/answer document. Both test booklets (Grade 3)/ answer documents (Grades 4-11) would be sent to CTB/McGraw-Hill for scoring. Because the ID number is the same, WVDE will be able to combine the results. Refer to the County Test Coordinator concerning the use of invalidation bubbles. [Note: The student would have two reports. Each report would reflect the scores for the part of the exam completed at the respective school.
