If a student missed their last counselling appointment, are they able to rebook?

0

If the student has contacted us within 2 working days of the cancellation/missed session (DNA) then we can rebook the appointment. If a longer time than this has passed then the student will need to rejoin the waiting list. Please forward the student’s name to Melanie Johnson (Cc to Kerry Barnes) and inform them that the student wishes to rejoin the waiting list. Reception will then contact the student when a space for ongoing counselling becomes available. Always check the student’s record on the Spectrasoft diary as it should tell you on there whether this student is allowed to rebook or if they need to rejoin the waiting list.
