If a student is no longer using Glencoe TechCONNECT or has erroneously registered multiple times, can the students seat be released and restored to the content key for use by another student?
To release the seat of a student, ALL teachers in whose TechCONNECT classes the student is enrolled (including subject teacher classes and TechCONNECT coordinator classes) must remove the student as follows: Log on; click the Class Setup tab; select the class from which the student is to be removed; click Go; click to view or remove students; select the student to be removed; click Remove; and click OK. Note: Do NOT delete a student through the Student Portfolios, as this action will NOT release the student’s seat.
