i. For any reason, if a student withdraws before 10 days from the date of commencement of classes of first semester, hostel fees already deposited would be refunded after a deduction of 5% of annual fees ii. In case a student withdraws after 10 days and within 30 days from the date of commencement of classes of first semester, the total amount of hostel fee already deposited either as (1) lumpsum or (2) annual or (3) semester basis, after a deduction of 50% of the Annual fee would be refunded.
