No. He/She would then be considered a lower-division transfer. Lower-Division transfers are evaluated with the same criterion as a First-Time Freshman with the following additions: Have a college grade point average of 2.00 or better in all transferable college units, and be in good standing at the last college/university attended. If a student did not meet the a-g requirements in high school, they may be made-up at the community college and then applied toward admission If a student did not meet the eligibility index, he or she must retake the SAT/ACT to try and establish eligibility. If this is not accomplished, the student should complete 60 units to be considered an upper-division transfer.
