If a single substance is part of two different SubScape visualization projects, will it always appear in the same location on the cluster map?
Positioning in the substance landscape is completely dynamic, varying with the structures in the answer set, the structure descriptors that apply, and how the force-directed placement algorithm works. Therefore, the position of a substance is relative to the other points on the cluster map and has no meaning between visualizations.
