No. All licensed retail establishments, including Special Licenses (so-called “One Day” Licenses), must purchase their alcoholic beverages from a licensed Massachusetts wholesaler, manufacturer, farmer winery, farmer brewery or holder of a Special Permit issued by the Commission.
