A program licensed as a Comprehensive PROS program with Clinical Treatment is expected to provide a comprehensive array of clinical treatment services. Individuals have two options in regard to receipt of clinical services: 1) at the PROS program; or 2) at a clinic program that is operated by a different provider. (An individual may also receive treatment services from a private practitioner). Individuals may not be admitted to a Comprehensive PROS program with Clinical Treatment and receive services at a clinic operated by the same agency that sponsors the PROS program.
