Medi-Cal will reimburse the provider for the entire 10 gm that was used. Providers should make sure that they enter the NDC and appropriate quantity of the drug correctly on the CMS-1500 or UB-04 claim form. Providers that may have additional questions about determining NDC quantity for Medi-Cal claims are advised to consult with their pharmacists.
