A2. NRS training is a continuous improvement process and all programs have been required to attend Phase 1 and Phase 2, and will be required to attend Phase 3. Individuals within a program who have not attended Phase 1 or Phase 2 training are encouraged to attend these as additional sections become available. If your program has had representatives at Phase 1 and Phase 2, you are not required to send additional staff, though, as stated, this is encouraged, especially in light of the high staff turnover experienced throughout the Adult Education system.
