If a port becomes free on an iiNet DSLAM, is this allocated to the next new customer or is there a queue of customers?
The process of connecting you to an iiNet DSLAM means that the very next new customer will go onto the DSLAM, providing their telephone line is compatible with the DSLAM. There are no queued ports when applying for broadband2+. They are allocated to customers upon signup and spare ports are made available during the application process.
