If a PHA believes that a Field Offices requirements are more stringent than a regulation, what are the procedures for challenging the requirement?
If a PHA believes a Field Office’s requirements are outside the purview of the regulation (and it results in a finding, observation, error, etc.), the PHA may submit its concerns to the jurisdictional HUD Field as part of a RIM Review Dispute. See the RIM page for the procedures for disputing findings.
