• A: Clinical data are available only for patients receiving weekly or q3w dosing in the adjuvant setting and weekly dosing in the metastatic setting. The Herceptin PI and NCCN breast cancer treatment guidelines make no recommendation regarding making up missed doses for weekly administration of Herceptin.
