Having established a network through his work in national health care policy, with Citta (an organization with hospitals in several third world countries), and with the Executive Registry and Corporate Care, Dr. Barley is able to locate the highest quality care for his patients in most parts of the world. When this is not possible, he works with companies that can airlift patients to areas with more advanced medical care.
