No. You can only report the FTE that is established based on the estimated hours of learning activities specified in the WSLP. If, in the judgment of the certificated teacher supervising the WSLP, the estimated hours do not provide enough time for the student to successfully complete the learning goals and performance objectives of the WSLP, the teacher can modify the plan for subsequent months to more appropriately accommodate the student’s educational needs. Of course, this is subject to the maximum FTE of 1.0.
