If a new school opens after the Pre-ID window has opened, how can a district submit a file for the students in that school?

If a district tries to upload a file with students in a school that the Pre-ID system does not recognize, each student in that school will have an error on the school code. The CELDT District Coordinator will need to call the CELDT Customer Support Center to add the school to the Pre-ID system.
