Loan officer are not licensed mortgage brokers, they are regular Joes trained to do a job. I would suggest to go for a licensed mortgage broker, wells fargo, countrywide, bank of america, fha certified brokers, etc… It sounds like he is overwhelmed and does not know what to do.
