Answer: The health system representative needs to check status of outside facility. If the health system provider has privileges at another hospital or a skilled nursing facility and sees patients at those facilities, the provider can be part of an organized health care arrangement (OHCA) or part of the work force at the outside facility in which case the NPP distributed by the facility is on behalf of the provider
