No, and we are aware that some members believe that they can. The Articles of Association are very clear, in that they state that a member may resign, but in reading the following clauses, it does follow that they remain responsible for the maintenance fees for as long as those points are not sold and/or transferred. For every member who requests to relinquish their membership we send an explanatory letter that advises them how to transfer their membership.
