If a manager has successfully passed the selection sessions, does he/she automatically participate in MTP / in a traineeship programme in the EU?
If a manager has passed the selection he/she becomes an accepted candidate for MTP. This does NOT guarantee participation in MTP. It means that his/her profile has been entered into the database from which the MTP partners will undertake all necessary efforts to arrange successful placements in EU host companies. Will language courses be part of the programme? No. MTP expects that managers participating in the 8- and 12-week programmes speak one of the EU languages fluently. This is a strict prerequisite for the participation in the programme. Therefore, no language courses will be offered or supported. Will the seminars / traineeships be supported by interpreters? 4-week programme: In the 4-week programmes for senior managers professional and very experienced interpreters will support the seminars and company visits. 8-/12-week programmes: In some cases, the seminars for the 8- and 12-week programmes will be supported by interpreters as well.
