The funding guarantee for existing services previously funded under DECKAS requires them to meet the approved transition arrangements. Where a service believes they may have difficulty meeting the transition arrangements, they are asked to demonstrate the unique circumstances that hinder their ability to meet these requirements. In these instances, the service is to work with C&K’s Business Advisory Service or their central governing body to show they are making best efforts to meet the transition arrangements and their plan and progress towards achieving them.
