In your case, Honble judge given judgement with the costs. It means the judgement is delivered the compensation with costs from the employer.

You need not to give any power of attorney. However both amounts will given in single payment or seperately according to the wish of the employer.  If single payment is given in your name, then only you should pay to the attorney. Hence do not give any power of attorney
