A. Yes, each employee in this instance can have their own Healthcare FSA and each can fund their account up to $5,000. Dependent Day care accounts are limited by the IRS to a $5,000 maximum contribution per family. Both employees can have their own dependent day care FSA, however their combined contributions cannot exceed $5,000.
