If a domain name is registered with another domain registrar, but uses NameSecures services, can I renew my NameSecure services?

Yes. Simply log in to the account for the domain name that you’d like to renew. On the My Account main page, check the box next to each item you would like to renew. Click the Renew Checked Items button, select your registration options and click the Continue to Checkout button to complete the renewal process.
