If a customer has multiple potential users who will use RydeSmartSM, how do they ensure that each user is getting the activation kit?
Each individual employee user at a Company needs to go on-line at www.rydesmart.ryder.com enroll to obtain a user id and password for RydeSmartSM. As part of this enrollment, each user will specify which map sets they require and will receive their own activation package including software, map CD(s) and other materials. As an example, if Company A has 4 sites which need access to RydeSmartSM, the users from each site have to individually go onto the enrollment site and fill out the form to ensure they receive an activation package. This is important as they need to accept the Terms of Software Use for using the software.
