If a customer has current electricity bill from Jackgreen, who do they pay?
The customer should pay the Jackgreen electricity bill to Jackgreen – not to EnergyAustralia. If you have any questions regarding your Jackgreen electricity bill please contact Jackgreen on 1300 46 52 25. In due course, EnergyAustralia will issue a bill for electricity supplied from midnight on 18 December 2009. When that bill is received, the customer should pay EnergyAustralia.
