For applications by phone, Customer Service Representatives (“CSRs”) will be able to provide a credit decision at the time of the application and if approved, will notify customers of their credit limits. Customers will receive their new Chevron and Texaco Visa Card in the mail within 5 -7 business days. For applications online, applicants who are approved will generally be notified instantly also, although they may receive a notice that they will receive a decision within 7-10 business days.
