Supervisors and alternate approvers can add extra training items to employee’s transcripts; however, please do not add mandatory on-line training that is assigned to all employees and do not add any training to an employee’s transcript if the training is IN the DOI LEARN catalog. If you have a NEW employee and the mandatory training does not show up in their “My Courses” area or their “Learning Plan,” please have them email: oeddoilearn@usgs.gov This is how to add training that was taken OUTSIDE of DOI LEARN and is not mandatory; please log into DOI LEARN at: http://doilearn.doi.gov and click on “Administration” then click on “User Management.” Pull up their name using the search criteria fields. Click the “Edit” link under “Transcript.” Scroll down to the button that says: “Add Extra Transcript Item.” Please don’t confuse this with External Training Items. Fill in the fields for course/class name, completion status and completion date, etc. Click “Submit.” Click “Update Transcript.” ~
