If a community initiative fits under more than one issue type or activity type, can it be counted multiple times?
A particular community initiative should be counted only once, under the issue type and the activity type that most closely matches the initiative’s essential purpose and related activities. DSUs, SILCs and CILs are encouraged to establish criteria for classifying community initiatives by activity type and issue type as well as procedures to ensure that such criteria are applied consistently. Service providers may provide additional information about the community activity under Description of Community Activities in section D, item 2, subpart IV of the 704 Report Part II (subpart IV, section A, Item 2 in Part I).
