If a commencing student has previously completed a course at UOW and another agent received commission for them, can I still claim commission for this student’s second course?

No. Commission is only payable on the first 48 credit points of a student’s course of study. If another agent has received commission to the value of 48 credit points for a student, no further commission is payable on that student.
