If the debit transaction was due to a request for MC, credit to other bank account, or checkbook reorder, the transaction will be processed as a debit memo. The details will be provided since back office units are required by policy to encode the details for debit memos. If the debit transaction was due to a credit to an RCBC account, the details are made available.
