If the CSP funding is not from a PROS targeted program, it is likely that the CSP Medicaid rate will be attached to the clinic . If the CSP Medicaid funding is from a PROS targeted program, then as with the CDT funding it will be used in the conversion. If there is a situation where a provider has a CDT that is converting to PROS, has no other outpatient program and has a CSP add on, and the CSP add-on includes some non-PROS programs, we will preserve this non-PROS component through an add-on to the PROS monthly case payment CRS fee.
