If a breeder will ship dogs, does it automatically…?

Our puppy was flown out from Oklahoma (I know, sadly that is a red flag to most, including myself for BYB/puppy mills just because of the geography) by a breeder who I know was not a bad breeder. The reason being is as follows: The kennel name was in TONS of shows, linked to other breeders who used studs/b*tches who also have their kennel names in TONS of shows… The breeder was very helpful, had a guarantee, OFA good scores, excellent pedigree, AKC registered (which isn’t always something that reflects a good breeder, but every good breeder IS registered), has been in the breed for years and years and is very much involved in not only producing sound dogs structurally but also wanted to keep the breed pure to it’s original purpose… I think that as long as the potential buyer does TONS of homework on a given breeder they are interested in, and they meet very strict criteria, you see their kennel name all over, etc then a breeder who will fly out their puppies isn’t necessarily a BYB
