A. The Forest has focused development and management of OHV recreation on two areas, Huckleberry Flats OHV Trail and the Santiam Pass Recreation Area. Both of these areas are currently being developed to add amenities, support facilities, and designated motorized routes for OHVs. Additionally, most of the Forest roads currently open to OHVs will remain so, pending the final results of a safety analysis. Development of any additional areas and trails would be addressed under a separate NEPA planning process.
