Id like to create a Key Survey account for multiple users. What are my options?
If you would like to grant multiple users access to your survey account there are three major options: • Shared – Share your username and create a common password to grant full access to more than one person • Multi-Access – Become an administrator for a set number of sub-users • Shared Multi-Access – Share a Multi-Access Account with a colleague You can specify which account type you would like by filling in the “Special Requirements” on the ‘Account Request’ form or by contacting the survey-DEC. Your choice will depend strongly on what type of access that you would like your additional users to have. A ‘Shared’ account grants full access to anyone who shares your username and password with you. We advise not to use your QUTAD credentials as it can create a security risk for you.
